We also breed fallow deer that belong to the deer family. Our herd numbers around 400 animals and the basic herd comes from the best European farms. We breed them on meadows and pastures, and partly in a mixed forest, so that our fallow deer can live in conditions similar to their natural habitat, which sets us apart from other breeders of these animals.

Fallow deer are only given fodder that comes from our farm, thereby allowing us to maintain the highest quality of the herd. Fallow deer meat is very exclusive and highly valued. It contains much less fat than beef, it has a low cholesterol content and is rich in proteins and microelements. An additional advantage is its subtleness and superb taste.

As with our cattle, our fallow deer are constantly supervised by the regional vet and two animal production experts. Our offer includes does, stags, as well as male and female calves.
